• Acceptance of Orders: All orders submitted through the storagebed.co.uk website are confirmed by e-mail, fax or post after submission, no order should be deemed to be accepted with out being confirmed, all orders are fulfilled subject to these terms and conditions.

• Currency: All prices quoted are in Pound Sterling or in any other currency on request; all payments are to be made in Pounds sterling, Euros or American Dollars on request.
  (Your credit card providers will charge the order in your local billing currency)

• VAT is included and is charge only on sales to residents of the EU making personal purchases. If a valid EU VAT number is provided at the time of ordering, goods will be shipped to non-UK residents of the EU net of VAT. All purchases made by customers outside the EU are charged less VAT (UK VAT at 17.5%).
   

• Shipping/Carriage: Prices quoted include delivery to the front door of your house or building within the United Kingdom, deliveries would normally be made within 2-5 weeks, depending on destination and product ordered. * Home assembly may unfortunately not be available in all areas. • Damage in Transit: After leaving the factory all goods are insured by our forwarder against loss and damage, if you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the forwarders insurers. If you receive a battered parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open and inspect a package in the presence of the forwarder, make sure that you sign for it as "unable to inspect goods on delivery or similar to warn the forwarder that a claim may be forthcoming, for goods with a value over £500 we require that any damages are noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery, all other damage claims must be reported to us within 2 days of taking delivery.

• Guarantees: Our collection of bedstead carry a 5 Year manufacture guarantee against faulty workmanship and/or faulty materials, (conditions apply).
  
  This guarantee does not cover fair wear and tear, neglect, misuse or abuse of your goods it does also not cover loss or damage due to unreasonable exposure of any kind.
  
  In the event of a claim please contact us by Telephone +44 (0)20 73525202 or e-mail claims@storagebeds.co.uk  for a claim reference code, you claim can not be processed without this code.
  
  We will repair faulty goods free of charge, if for some reason a repair is not possible you will be offered a replacement, we will only make a refund if a suitable replacement is not available.
  
  We will not be liable for any direct or indirect financial loss or damage arising from damaged, defective or wrongly delivered goods.
  
  Our guarantee above are limited to goods being used solely for private and domestic use
  (if not otherwise agreed in writing).
  
  Guarantees for Stain protections re offered under separate terms and conditions.
   

• Returns and Refunds: Return policies vary depending on product, for non custom made goods, we accept returns within seven days after you have been taking delivery of your order.
  
  Goods must be returned at the customers expense in its original packing and in an unused condition to the original point of dispatch, on request this can be arranged by us.
  
  Refunds would be arranged within 30days after we have received the goods, less insurance, freight costs, and subject to inspection as to their suitability for resale.
  
  Upholstered Furniture where you have specified a particular fabric are always custom made orders and can generally not be returned.
  
  Customers based outside the EU will also be responsible for any custom charges that might be charged when returning goods.

  Important,
  
  In addition to the above conditions, our 7 day full money back return policy would only be valid if your order is upholstered in a fabric or leather that we have posted you a sample off, prior to you placing your order with us.

• Cancellations: Cancellation of non-custom orders must be done either before delivery or within 14days of delivery, we will refund all delivery charges.
  
  Custom made orders can only be cancelled before put in production.

• Payment and Retention of Title: Under normal circumstances, goods must be paid for prior to dispatch. If for any reason, goods are agreed to be shipped prior to clearance of payments, title in the goods shipped belongs to Bonbon Trading Ltd, until payment in full.
